About the Person
Gwyn Bonasoro joined Office Depot in November 2007 and currently serves as Sr. Director-Talent Acquisition. In her role, Gwyn has responsibility for the centralized Talent Acquisition strategy, for the Office Depot, Inc.* enterprise business units including Retail, Supply Chain, Sales and Corporate. Gwyn is also responsible for the employment branding strategy and recruiting operations at Office Depot, Inc. Her team provides consultative recruitment solutions for the talent acquisition needs of the organization with keen focus on internal talent mobility, optimization of recruitment technology and candidate experience through all phases of the recruitment process. Her team supports permanent, temporary and executive placements and determines strategic vendor partnership selection for all placements across the enterprise. Prior to joining Office Depot, Gwyn worked with Philips as a Recruitment Account Manager supporting Clinical Science and R&D. Previously she worked in marketing where her passion for branding began. Gwyn has a Masters in International Business from the University of Florida and Bachelors in Marketing. Gwyn resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her daughter Carolina.
