Guy A. Di Lella is Chief Human Resources Officer at CA Technologies. In this role, he oversees the company`s global human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, leadership development and HR technology. Before assuming the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, Guy was senior vice president of Human Resources for the Americas. In that role, he was responsible for ensuring the company hires, develops and retains the best and brightest employees in the industry. He is also responsible for providing world class support and service to the 8,000+ employees in North America. Guy brings seventeen years of experience within Sterling Software/CA Technologies in a variety of roles including VP, Finance and Administration in the Southeast and Western regions. Guy joined CA Technologies in 2000, when the company acquired Sterling Software. Born, raised and educated in New Jersey, Guy currently resides in San Francisco, California.
