About the Person
Mr. Guillaume Dufossé has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Varentec, Inc., since January 2015. Mr. Dufossé significantly accelerates the market expansion of Varentecs grid-edge control platform and solutions for U.S. and international electric utilities. He has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, where he has held various senior executive positions in ALSTOM, AREVA and Schneider Electric, managing global SmartGrid & Grid Automation business units. He has been managing the international operations of SunPower Corp, focusing on large ground-mount solar PV plants and residential & commercial solar systems. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Supélec, France and MBA from Harvard Business School.
