It serves as Hyundais third production hub in the U.S., complementing existing facilities in Alabama and Georgia. The facility spans 2,900 acres and will employ over 8,500 workers, with an additional 6,900 jobs created at off-site suppliers. HMGMA aims to produce 500,000 vehicles annually, including electric and hybrid models like the Hyundai IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 9.
