Grant Du Plooy have worked onsite through Tolfrey Group with clients to assist several early-stage tech startups build their engineering and related teams through direct sourcing, internet searches and process management through to closing candidates. Tolfrey Group conducts web, mobile, SaaS, HCM and BI searches for full time hiring and we conduct contract in house full life cycle talent acquisition for tech startups, generally in web and mobile development and design. Grant has a additional strong focus in HRIS, ERP, SaaS, CRM and BI. He is also a specialist in HCM talent since `95 and has a focus on clients requiring Workday global HCM implementation experience.
