About the Person

Grace de Latour has resigned as Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at SES.   Grace de Latour joined SES AMERICOM as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2006.She was responsible for leading a team of professionals in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Compensation Programs, Learning & Development, Employee/Labor Relations and Payroll and Benefits Systems. Ms. de Latour was also a member of the SES GLOBAL Human Resources Coordinating Committee.   Most recently, Ms. de Latour was Executive Vice President and one of the founders of the Yankee Entertainment & Sports Network (YES), the number one regional sports television network in the country and the television home of the New York Yankees.   With a career spanning 25 years, she has held positions such as Executive Vice President, Human Resources at TCI/AT&T Broadband, InterMedia Partners, and GlobalCenter/Exodus and Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Carter, Hawley, Hale.She has expertise in leading global human resource teams at companies ranging in workforces of 200 to 35,000 employees.   Ms. de Latour is a graduate of Trinity College and did post-graduate work at U.C. Berkeley. She is a member of a number of cable and telecommunications associations.In addition, she served on the boards of the Emma Bowen Foundation and the Committee for Hispanic Children and Families.
