Dora`s Naturals is a privately owned distributor of natural and organic perishable products. We are part of a family of companies all family owned which include Elmhurst Dairy, Mountainside Farms, and Steuben Foods.
When we created Urban Plates, our goal was simple: To use the best ingredients possible to create wholesome, delicious food that`s prepared before our guests` eyes just the way they want it. Our hope is that by making real food prepared by real chefs accessible to everyone in a convenient, comfortable setting we can empower anyone interested in making better food choices to be a bit healthier, happier and hopeful about the future. We`re based in San Diego, CA and found throughout the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles areas, with additional locations in Northern California and Washington D.C.
Z Trim Holdings, Inc. is a bio-technology company that owns existing, and has developed new, products and processes to make use of biomass for uses in the food and industrial markets. The Company's food division currently sells a line of products to the food industry that can help food manufacturers reduce their costs and help them solve many production problems. The Company's revolutionary technology provides value-added ingredients across virtually all food industry categories. The Company's all-natural products, among other things, help to reduce fat and calories, add fiber, provide shelf-stability, prevent oil migration, and add binding capacity – all without degrading the taste and texture of the final food products. Perhaps most significantly, Z Trim's products can help extend finished products, and thereby increase its customers' gross margins. The Company's industrial division, opened in 2012, sells eco-friendly ingredients to oil drilling, hydraulic fracturing, petroleum coke, steel/aluminum, paper and other industries. The Company's industrial ingredients are highly functional in applications for adhesives, binders, viscofiers and emulsifiers.
Mrs. Moody joined the U.S. division of MTY in 2010 and has since served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Sr. VP and Deputy General Counsel where she was also head of Human Resources at Kahala Brands, and most recently General Counsel of all of MTY's U.S. operations. During this time she has also been an active participant in the strong culture of MTY, serving as a longtime member and Treasurer of the organization's community outreach and diversity group and as a senior member of MTY's Environmental, Social and Governance "ESG" committee. For over a decade she has consistently demonstrated exceptional teamwork, leadership qualities, passion and skills.
