About the Person

Gina Haspilaire is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at Global Cloud Xchange, responsible for HR, Investor Relations and Real Estate/Facilities management.   Ms Haspilaire joins GCX with more than 25 years of experience in general management, global strategy, business development, sales and marketing, HR and customer services.  Most recently, she was Vice President of Sales for the Americas (Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil) at HENKEL, Adhesive Technologies.  She also served more than 10 years as Vice President & Managing Director, Enterprise Sales for Pacnet where she covered the Americas and Europe, ranking her business unit in the company`s top 3 for 9 consecutive years.   Earlier, Ms Haspilaire served as Principal, International Technology Practice at executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles where she led an array of consulting services focused on senior leadership recruitment, assessment, and retention.  Her extensive telecoms background originated from AT&T where she served for 14 years in various leadership roles including Director of Customer Service, Director of Enterprise Sales, Director of Investor Relations, Strategic Planning Manager for the CIO and Computer Software Engineer at the former Bell Labs.   Ms Haspilaire received her MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Mathematics / Computer Science from St. John`s University in New York.
