(Formerly NCL Corporation Ltd.) from 2002 - 2014.rnrn  rnrn Mr. Chesney joined Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in 2002 and was responsible for its global human resources organization.rnrn  rnrn He provided creative and innovative solutions to his client companies across a variety of industries, and has operational and strategic management experience.rnrn  rnrn He has experience in managing domestic and international human capital matters during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.rnrn  rnrn Prior to joining Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, he served as Managing Director of Human Resources for Trans World Airlines.rnrn  rnrn He played an active role in leading the integration of TWA and American Airlines cultures when the two airlines merged in 2001.rnrn  rnrn Prior to joining TWA, he was an Independent Human Resources Consultant for nearly nine years.rn
