Geoffrey R. Marczyk, PhD, JD, is the Principal, Organizational Effectiveness at Vanguard Prior to that, he served as Senior Manager in the Human Resources Division at Vanguard, specializing in Organizational Development and Change Management. Dr. Marczyk is also a forensic psychologist and former professor at Widener`s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology.
