About the Person
As a Human Resource Generalist Genevieve Melandinidis handled and provided support for daily operation of the Human Resources Department; including providing support to the HRBP team and delivering great customer service to our internal clients. Mrs. Melandinidis acted as a liaison and point of contact between employees and Human Resources with respect to policy interpretation, performance management, and company and departmental programs and initiatives.
