About the Person
Gary Steele is the Vice President of Human Resources at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. In this role, he will be responsible for the direction and oversight of all human resources initiatives. This includes leading efforts to cultivate a talented, inclusive workforce and ensure employee engagement. Mr. Steele has been with BlueCross for over 17 years. In his most recent role, he served as director of talent management and business consulting. Mr. Steele earned his bachelor`s degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. In 2001, he earned his Professional in Human Resources certification.
