Led a creative team of 8, responsible for brand management, campaign development, messaging, strategies, tactics and execution for DME, Managed Care Global Pharma Trials, Government, Consumer, Professional, Retail, B2B, Global and special events. • Proposed and implemented a strategy to rebuild the company`s in-house agency and saved the organization over $1 million dollars annually since 2009 ($6 million dollars). • Participated on a Global Marketing Print Synergies team that focused on strategies to maximize operational excellence – helped save the North American organization`s print spend $484K in the first year • Transformed a reactive, transactional agency team into a proactive, strategic-thinking internal agency • Led the creative team on 5 major product launches: LifeMap, ACCU-CHEK Nano, ACCU-CHEK SmartView, ACCU-CHEK Aviva Plus and FastClix • Recognized and awarded by the Roche Diabetes Care Marketing organization: 2011 Winning Together – Product launch of the ACCU-CHEK Aviva test strip and 2012 Achieve Results-Product launch of the ACCU-CHEK Nano system • Nominated and selected to participate in ASPIRE – 12 month Roche Leadership Group Mentor and Development program specifically for individual contributors at Roche who have demonstrated high-leadership potential (Graduated September 2012) • Proposed and helped pioneer a NEW SharePoint Traffic and Project Management system that may be utilized throughout Roche Diagnostics in the U.S.
