True Lacrosse is a sports organization founded in 2008 by professional lacrosse players Jake Deane and Mike Gabel, based in Lombard, Illinois. The organization is dedicated to educating and developing young men and women in lacrosse, focusing on creating exceptional athletes while fostering confidence, integrity, and leadership skills. Operating in multiple U.S. states, including Illinois, Colorado, and Michigan, True Lacrosse serves youth players nationwide. The organization emphasizes four core pillars: Passion, Energy, Expertise, and Reps, which guide their training and player development approach. True Lacrosse offers comprehensive training programs that enhance lacrosse skills, game understanding, and athleticism.
