These programs cater to those 55 and up by giving them support, guidance and resources. Our subsidiary, Sun Health Senior Living, offers unsurpassed housing, amenities and health care via three Arizona retirement communities: Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, La Loma Village in Litchfield Park and The Colonnade in Sun City Grand. A blend of resort-style active retirement and seamless health care services, our three communities provide residents with physical/financial security, independence, a constant flow of friends and activities, and an array of all-inclusive health care amenities to ensure vibrant, worry-free retirement living.
