In 2013, Affinity Bank of Pennsylvania was merged into First Priority and expanded our presence in Berks County. Today, First Priority Bank operates with branches in Chester, Berks, Montgomery and Bucks County as a wholly owned subsidiary of First Priority Financial Corp.
