The vision of the Community Health Center was born in this era and grew from the premise that health care should be a right of all people regardless of their ability to pay. With a commitment to serving the New Haven, Branford and East Haven communities, FHCHC takes a holistic approach to health, linking medical services, pharmacy services, dental services, and behavioral health. FHCHC has grown from the small store front to a complex, multifaceted primary care center that currently serves more than 36,000 patients with over 150,000 visits per year.
