About the Person
Ezio Cristetti is the Chief Human Resources, Information Technology and Organisation Officer at Natuzzi. Ezio is responsible for the company’s international change management programs, process optimization and human resources. Cristetti has worked in human resources and organization at companies such as Seat Pagine Gialle, where he had been since 2009 and for the past two years was also responsible for purchases, IT and legal affairs. He previously worked for Kimberly-Clark and Gruppo Heineken Italia.
