Evelyn De La Cruz is the HR Director for Sears Holdings’ Information and Technology Group as well as their Online Business Unit, and is proud to be building and supporting a market competitive technology organization within a major retailer. Prior to Sears, she was AVP in Mergers and Acquisitions consulting at Aon Hewitt. She has also held roles at Honeywell Aerospace, Amazon, Discover, and IBM. Evelyn has her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan. Evelyn has her SPHR certification from SHRM.
