Erin served in leadership roles at Yodle for 6 years, first as SVP of Client Services and then as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she helped scale Yodle`s marketing automation SaaS business from start-up to $160M+ in revenue, 50,000 customers and over 1,300 employees.   Previously, Erin was VP of Operations and Customer Service at Yahoo! HotJobs for 8 years and held management positions at a number of high tech start-up organizations.   Rucker started her career at Accenture, where she spent several years in Change Management. She holds a bachelor`s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
