Previously, Erin was VP of Operations and Customer Service at Yahoo! HotJobs for 8 years and held management positions at a number of high tech start-up organizations. Rucker started her career at Accenture, where she spent several years in Change Management. She holds a bachelor`s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
