About the Person
Erin began her career as an IT recruiter and eventually branched out into all areas of recruitment and HR generalist activities. Most recently, she was an HR Manager at Sylvan Learning where she supported their various business units with employee relations and recruiting. She holds a BS in Speech Communication from James Madison University. Outside of work, Erin loves spending time with her husband and two kids, pretending to be the next ""Cake Boss"" and rooting for the New England Patriots!
