About the Person
Erika Duffy is a senior talent management and leadership development professional. She excels at creating learning environments and opportunities that enable managers and executives to develop into highly effective leaders. At Sutter Health Erika leads executive readiness and high potential programs (Leadership Academy and Administrative Fellowship Program). She also manages the system-wide talent review and succession planning process. In addition to her executive development role, Erika leads our Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion teams. Before joining Sutter Health, she held leadership roles in HR and learning and development for organizations in financial services, transportation and utilities. Her accomplishments include integrating leadership competencies and behaviors in a multi-dimensional approach to improving talent management, addressing career development, job descriptions, performance reviews and succession planning. Erika holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University. She received her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento.
