TPD focuses on leadership development and professional growth for leaders of all levels within Comcast. Eric advises on talent and organizational development strategies. His areas of specialization include: leadership development, stakeholder management, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Eric has developed both strategic and tactical programs to help organizations drive needed change through the development of effective leadership skills and behaviors. Eric has extensive experience collaborating with business partners and senior leaders across business lines and executing large/national-scale projects including leadership training, needs assessment, and organizational or operational improvements. During his time at Comcast, Eric has led the design and development of enterprise high potential programs, leadership competency models and large scale broad-based development initiatives. Eric regularly consults with business partners on critical talent needs and career development initiatives. Eric earned his master’s degree in Education, Culture and Society from The University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from The College of New Jersey.
