About the Person
Eric R. Ludwig, Glu's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for all financial and administrative operations, including human resources, IT, legal and investor relations. Additionally, he is responsible for driving game studio profitability, headcount and resource planning and M&A diligence and integration. Prior to joining Glu, Eric served in various positions at Instill Corporation, an on-demand supply chain software company, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Instill, Eric served as Corporate Controller at Camstar Systems, Inc., an enterprise manufacturing execution and quality systems software company from 1994 to 1996. He also worked at Price Waterhouse L.L.P. for five years in the tax and audit functions in the San Jose office focusing on software companies and IPOs. Eric holds a B.S. in commerce from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
