ShareWaves Overview: We continue to build a youth sports foundation that provides positive, game-changing solutions for children in under-resourced communities. We are helping kids play the games they love. Who We Are: ShareWaves is a 501c3 public charity working to deliver high-quality sports experiences to kids in under-resourced communities. Without access to sports and structured play, kids miss critical benefits, including physical health, social-emotional growth, and academic development. Emergent Issue!!! COVID restrictions further limited access to organized sports and extracurricular activities causing kids to lose an entire year of life-skill development, social interactions, and academic interruptions. ShareWaves is targeting several ways to help kids recover by delivering tangible impact to children suffering and delivering programs of significance to kids in need. 5 Key Initiatives: 1. Provide micro-funding grants to assist in connecting kids to high-quality sports experiences. 2. Build #Ready2Play Training Experiences for Kids and the #Ready2Play app. 3. Create digital content that showcases the "power of sports" to transform young lives. 4. Lead the formation of a KC Youth Sports Alliance (KC-YSA) 5. Host high-energy, one-of-a-kind events that raise awareness and support our mission. Children in our city need us now more than ever as they experience an avalanche of pressure this fall returning from extended periods of social isolation, educational uncertainty, and inactivity caused by COVID. We work to develop strong impact partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations that want help kids heal.

RESRG Automotive is a global automotive supplier formed from the merger of Rehau Automotive and SRG Global Automotive, officially launched in April 2025. Headquartered in Troy, Michigan, with a European base in Rehau, Germany, the company operates 22 production sites across multiple countries, including Germany, France, and India. Odessa Roughnecks

The Odessa Roughnecks is a professional indoor football team based in Odessa, Texas. The teams nickname is a tribute to the oil industry, which has been the source of Odessas wealth over the past century. The team began operations in 2004 as a charter member of the Intense Football League. In 2005, the Intense Football League merged with the National Indoor Football League. For the 2006 season, the Intense Football League was resurrected, and the Odessa Roughnecks returned to their original league. In 2008 the Intense Football League merged again, this time with United Indoor Football to create the Indoor Football League. The team plays its home games at the Ector County Coliseum in Odessa. The teams founder and owner was Tommy Benizio until he resigned to become the IFLs commissioner. In September 2008, the Roughnecks were purchased by the ownership group Allegiance Pro Sports, Inc., led by President & CEO Brandon Smith, a Odessa native, local business owner and 1991 graduate of Odessa High School. The Roughnecks are coached by Chris Williams (former head coach of the Tennessee Valley Vipers of the af2 and was the Roughnecks first head coach). The 2009 season will be Coach Williamss sixth season with the Roughnecks. The Roughnecks won its first championship in 2006 at Intense Bowl 2, beating the Corpus Christi Hammerheads by a score of 97-56, which was an Intense Football League record for most points scored by one team in a game. The team finished with an overall record of 14-2.
