About the Person
Elsa Zambrano is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sitel. Prior to that, Elas had served in senior leadership roles at Dell. She had also served at Applied Materials. Elsa has obtained her M.S. in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and her B.S.B.A in Human Resources from San Jose State University.She is also a Certified Compensation Professional from the American Compensation Association. Additionally, she served on the Texas Engineering and Technical Consortium (TETC) Advisory Committee, the Seton Compensation Committee, and served as a member of the company`s internal University Partnership Committee and the Austin Area Community Affairs Committee.
