In her new role, Ms. Ghotbi will be in charge of all aspects of HR functions and strategies at Solid Landings, which will include employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning and recruitment, and talent development. Additionally, she will work closely with Chief Cultural Officer, Elizabeth Perry, to ensure Solid Landings remains a desirable place to work. Ms. Ghotbi brings nearly two decades of leadership-driven HR experience to Solid Landings, having most recently served as human capital partner for United HealthGroup, a post she held for more than three years. And while Ms. Ghotbi speaks favorably about her time at United HealthGroup, she said her chance to join Solid Landings, which recently ranked as the fastest-growing private company in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal, didn`t take too much cajoling when the opportunity presented itself. Ms. Ghotbi holds a juris doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law and a bachelor`s degree in biology from the University of California, Irvine.
