Ellen Whittingham is the Global Leader of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness for Matthews International based in Pittsburgh. In her current role, Ellen is a strategic thought partner working with the global leaders focusing on developing and executing a comprehensive and integrated talent and organization development strategy. A strategy designed to ensure the company has the right talent in place to drive organizational performance and facilitate the achievement of individual, team and company objectives. Previous to joining Matthews International Ellen held the position of Vice President of Operational Excellence for Carmeuse Lime and Stone were she was instrumental in the development and implementation of both their strategic workforce planning methodology and talent management strategy ensuring the aligning of people, progress, and technology to drive results by aligning the talent with the business most critical needs.
