About the Person
Elizabeth Taska, also known as Beth, is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at 24 Hour Fitness. Prior to that, she was the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer of Clearwire. Clearwire is a publicly traded company located in the Seattle area and is the pioneer in 4G and operator of the first 4G network in the country. Beth has also held the position of interim Head of HR for the Ratner Group, a Virginia-based privately held company with 12,000 employees across the country. Prior to this she was a Vice President of HR at Gap, within Supply Chain. Beth also spent seven years in senior HR roles at Sears. Beth originally grew up in Chicago. She attended Northern Illinois University and later earned her Master of Public Administration from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
