About the Person

Elizabeth Perry is the Co–Founder and Chief Cultural Officer at Solid Landings Behavioral Health (Solid Landings).   Ms. Perry transitioned from her previous position as executive vice president at Solid Landings.   Before taking over this position, Ms. Perry has been integral in helping Solid Landings grow in the last few years into one of the largest recovery and substance abuse treatment organizations in California. Additionally, she has spearheaded the organization`s expansion into Nevada and Texas in 2014.   As Chief Cultural Officer, Ms. Perry is responsible for three main elements that will foster a work culture that reflects Solid Landings` mission and values: a push for better communication, a dedication to client or customer service, and a seamless interdepartmental workflow.   With treatment centers located outside of California, one of Ms. Perry`s main concerns is to lead efforts to maximize communication between and within employee groups, especially with senior level executives. She also brings a concentrated effort on defining organization goals and aligning departments and services accordingly.   Ms. Perry also leads and plans events for employees to create an environment that promotes camaraderie and a feeling of community within the organization culture.   Along with her co-founders, Ms. Perry helped start Solid Landings from a single sober living home in 2009 and has become a nationally recognized substance abuse facility known for its outstanding care, top-tier services and exceptional client support. As executive vice president, Perry has helped the company grow to more than 1,200 employees, with facilities in Orange County, Long Beach, Austin (Texas) and Las Vegas.
