Elizabeth Kynett was appointed as Human Resources Professional at Essent Guaranty since June 2015. Mrs. Kynett develops and directs implementation of plans and or programs to ensure the most effective utilization of Human Resource to support company’s objectives. Reviews workers’ compensation cases and works with carrier to ensure employees are getting treatment, are receiving compensation while out of work and are returning to work on full capacity in a reasonable time frame. Promotes positive employee relations and encourages management team to develop better interpersonal skills to motivate employees and resolve problems. Answers questions, troubleshoots employee problems, maintains an open door policy to listen and assist all employees. Works with the management team in the coordination and review of year-end performance appraisals. Develops and presents new policies and procedures. Skilled in the area of investigating, documenting findings, making recommendations on actions to remedy troubled situations within legal guidelines. Reinforces company’s policies regarding sexual harassment and the prevention of discrimination.
