Elizabeth R. Kennar, also known as Beth, is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Associate General Counsel at Red Lion Hotels Corporation. Kennar joined RLHC on April 1, 2015, where she leads human resources efforts for the company`s approximately 1,600 employees working at the corporate office and across three hotel brands and its entertainment business. A legal veteran of employment law, Kennar has regularly counseled employers on legal compliance at both the state and federal level. She has represented both public and private sector employers, including RLHC. Kennar joins RLHC from Summit Law Group based in Seattle. Kennar, a Spokane native, is a graduate of Gonzaga University and the University of Washington School of Law.
