The Community College Workforce Alliance (CCWA) is the partnership between J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and John Tyler Community College serving the economic development and workforce needs in four cities and 12 counties of Central Virginia. The organization provides non-credit training, customized instruction, consulting, skills assessments and educational programs.
Elizabeth Creamer is Vice President of Workforce Development and Credential Attainment at Community College Workforce Alliance. Previously, Elizabeth held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
