About the Person
Elisabeth Carpentier serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Group Executive Vice President of Sodexo S.A. Ms. Carpentier served as Senor Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Sodexo since January 1998 and Group Executive Vice President of Human Resource at Sodexo (Sodexho Alliance Sa) since January 1998. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Sodexo. She joined Sodexho Alliance SA in 1981 as Director of hiring and placement for the Remote Sites business. She served as Vice President of Human Resources at Sodexo's Food and Management Services business in France since 1993. In 1992, she played an active role in the creation of Sodexo Management Institute, an international, multicultural meeting place for the exchange of experience and viewpoints. From 1994 to 1998, she served as Human Resources Director of Sodexho Alliance SA's Food and Management Services subsidiary in France. Ms. Carpentier is a member of Sodexo Women's International Forum for Talent (SWIFt) and HR50. Ms. Carpentier holds both a Law diploma and a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management.
