About the Person
Elisa R. Hernandez, SPHR oversees all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment of talent, staff development, training, compensation and benefits administration as well as HR Information Systems. She brings over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Prior to joining Miami Jewish Health Systems, Elisa was the Vice-President of H.R. and Payroll at Sunrise Sport & Entertainment. She received her BS in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University and has been a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources since 2002.
