Eleni Z. Antoniou, Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for the design and development of HR strategies that drive the company`s unique culture and business objectives. She has more than 20 years of experience leading organization transformation, directing change and growth, and building high performance teams. Prior to joining Pyramid, Eleni served in executive HR roles and implemented employer-of-choice strategies that drove corporate culture and core values that resulted in improved employee engagement. Eleni is the recipient of many industry awards including the Helios Human Resources Apollo Award, the American Business Awards` Stevie Award for Best Executive and the Human Resources Leadership Award of Greater Washington for Excellence in Strategic Alignment presented by the Washington Business Journal. Eleni is the founding chairperson of the WashingtonExec Strategic Human Capital Council.
