Eileen Morgan is Chief Human Resources Officer for Delaware North, a global leader in hospitality and foodservice. Delaware North is one of the largest and most-admired privately held companies in the United States with revenues of approximately $3 billion and 60,000 associates serving half a billion customers in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe. As an officer and a member of the company`s executive team, Morgan is responsible for the company`s global corporate human resources strategy and function including talent and organization development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations and human resources systems and services. She also leads the human resources partnership efforts throughout the company`s global operations. Morgan began her career at Delaware North in 1987 as a corporate auditor. She went on to hold positions with Raymond Corporation in finance and human resources, Gibson Greetings as director of human resources and ACTS Testing Labs/Bureau Veritas as director of human resources. Morgan received a dual bachelor`s degree in accounting and human resources management from the State University of New York at Buffalo and obtained licenses and certifications as a certified public accountant, certified employee benefits specialist and senior human resources professional. She is active in numerous professional and civic organizations including United Way of Buffalo and Erie County, EPIC (Every Person Influences Children) and the HR Policy Institute.
