Fletcher previously worked as a human resources manager for an organic herb farm and later for an agency that served children with special needs. Fletcher has a 20-year-career as a human resources professional. Fletcher is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources. Her credentials include certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources and as Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional.
