Edward Stutz, also known as Ed, is Vice President and Senior Business Leader, Human Resources Services and Solutions at MasterCard. In this role, he is responsible for leading the technology efforts that support MasterCard`s human resource management systems, and is responsible for leading application strategy, project management, and system support and integration services. Mr. Stutz began his career at MasterCard in 1986, and has held various positions of responsibility in the areas of network and operations support. He joined the HRteam in 1999 and has implemented and managed cutting-edge HCM/payroll, as well as portal and case management technologies. In addition, he has led the efforts to displace several internally built systems and a core HR ERP system to a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model. Mr. Stutz is from St. Louis, Missouri. He holds a dual M.A in Management and Information Systems Management from Webster University, St. Louis, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, Kearney.
