About the Person
Edmund Bujalski is Chief Executive Officer of RiverMend Health. In his role, he brings a wealth of leadership, operational experience and passion for patient care. Edmund has vast experience managing multi-faceted healthcare organizations, and has served on the board of RiverMend Health since 2014. Prior to RiverMend Health, Edmund was Chief Executive Officer of Physical Rehabilitation Network, an organization comprised of approximately 100 physical therapy clinics across the western states. Edmund reversed a dramatic increase in A/R and implemented systems to ensure efficient operations. Prior to Physical Rehabilitation Network, Edmund was the Chief Executive Officer for Alegis Care (formerly known as Home Physicians Management, LLC), an organization that provides cost-effective home healthcare to the elderly and disabled. Edmund led the initiation of the Chronic Care Management program (CCM), a program that addresses the needs of chronically ill seniors with multiple co-morbid conditions and extremely high use of inpatient settings for conditions that can often be managed in the home setting. The CCM program improves quality of life for its Medicare Advantage plans members while reducing ER visits and hospitalizations. Under Edmunds leadership, the program successfully expanded to multiple states and is thriving today.
