About the Person

Eddie Moreira has over 25 years in the Human Resource field, includes experience as a HR Manager and Senior HR Consultant. HR experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, EEO Investigations, Performance Management, Benefits, Talent Planning, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Diversity Recruitment and Payroll. 15 years of experience consulting and handling Employee Relations issues. Subject matter expert in discrimination and sexual harassment policies. Client Engagement: strengthened a culture of inclusion enterprise-wide by leveraging strong subject matter expertise, thought leadership and one on one coaching with HR partners and executive and senior business leaders. Successfully transitioned work environments and climates for Transgender employees announcing gender change. Training & Development: 8 years as Diversity facilitator responsible for independently conducting 4-hour training workshops to all levels of management and employees. Facilitated over 100 Diversity Training classes educating over 3000 employees, managers and executives. Leadership Development facilitator. Leadership training and consulting all levels of managers and supervisors.  Ability to independently determine risks associated with company operations in the Human Resource and Ethics and Compliance organizations (i.e. violations of HR policies and Ethics Code of Conduct).  A collaborative team player that interacts effectively with executives, management and all levels within the organization. Extensive interaction consulting all of the business units as a corporate wide EEO investigator.  Innate ability to work proactively and collaboratively with others to streamline work and achieve mutual goals.  Extensive experience providing HR support in union work environments.
