About the Person

Dyke Debrie leads Talent Acquisition and Learning Solutions for IBM Smarter Workforce.  In this role, he is responsible for understanding key needs of recruitment and learning departments and how to best attract, hire and empower an organization’s workforce. Dyke joined Kenexa in 2001 and has held various leadership positions since, including in sales, marketing, service, support and product strategy. In 2014 Dyke built and lead an initiative called Voice of the Customer that focused on taking client feedback and driving key initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and solution innovation.Since that work, he has taken the role overseeing the offering teams responsible for delivering best in class talent acquisition and learning solutions into the market. He leads a team that defines product strategy and go to market plans globally.
