Mr. Douglas C. Merrill founded ZestFinance,. in 2009 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Merrill served as Chief Operating Officer of New Music at EMI Group plc from November 2008 to March 2009 and also served as President of Digital Business of EMI Music at EMI Group plc from April 2008 to March 2009 and Headed a global function. Previously, Mr. Merrill served as President of Digital Business of EMI Music at EMI Group plc. Mr. Merrill heads a global function such as all EMI Music's digital strategy, innovation, business development, supply chain and global technology activities. Mr. Merrill served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Engineering of Google .
