In addition to other duties, Foley has overall responsibility for ICE’s global human resource and real estate functions. Prior to joining ICE in 2008, Foley worked in the Performance & Reward practice at Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta. Foley previously worked in Global Compensation & Rewards at Delta Air Lines and began his career as a pension actuary, holding various roles at Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Risk Management & Insurance both from Georgia State University.
