SpencerBANK has been a financial leader in Central Massachusetts for more than 140 years. Founded in 1871 by a group of leading Spencer businessmen, the Bank has helped countless individuals, families and business owners build greater financial security. The Bank has also played an important role in supporting schools, libraries, and other vital community institutions. Initially housed in the counting room of boot manufacturer E. Jones and Company (presently Lacaire Lumber Company in Spencer), SpencerBANK later moved to the bank building at the corner of Main and Maple Street and then finally to its current location. In addition to its Main Office, the Bank has branches in the Fair Plaza (Spencer), Warren, Rutland, Leicester and Worcester.

Donna L. Tibbetts is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Training at SpencerBANK. Her previous role was Training Officer. Donna began her career at SpencerBANK in 1994 as a part-time Teller, moving to full-time just a year later. She was later named Head Teller and was then promoted several more times, to Customer Service Representative, Assistant Branch Manager, and Training and Personnel Assistant. A graduate of the Center for Financial Training with certificates in Supervision, Human Resources, Financial Services and Financial Operations, Tibbetts brings a wealth of knowledge to SpencerBANK. Her previous employment included positions at various banking institutions.
