About the Person
Donna is a strategic, creative change agent who partners with business leaders to make their people a key competitive business advantage. She is focused on delivering short and long term performance that brings value to the organization, shareholders and employees. She has more than 20 years of experience in lead Human Resources roles. Prior to coming to CSC, Donna served as Associate Principal for Change Logic, a management consulting firm. There she created innovative business strategies to effect radical shifts in performance for businesses with critical challenges. She also served as EVP, Human Resources for Knowledge Universe, the largest private early childhood education provider in the United States. She was responsible for Human Resources Business Partners, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations functions. She has also served in senior Human Resources roles in the mortgage and banking industry for ACC Capital Holdings, Westcorp and American Savings Bank. Donna attended University of Washington receiving a degree in Psychology and Education with teaching certificate.
