Donna Evinger, an Evansville native with 20 years experience in Human Resources management in Chicago, Illinois and Long Island, New York, is the Executive Director of Human Resources at the University of Southern Indiana. In addition to operating as an independent consultant to mid-sized organizations for several years, Evinger was director of Global Human Resources for Resilien Inc., an international computer and electronics distributor and manufacturer in Melville, New York. Evinger has served as vice president of Corporate Human Resources for HHL Financial Services, Inc., a national healthcare financial services firm located in Woodbury, New York; and vice president of Human Resources at Pioneer Bank and Trust Company in Chicago. She also has experience in education, having taught high school and adult education courses, and holds a Master of Arts degree from University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary-of- the-Woods College.
