About the Person
Donna Comerford joined BDO from Deloitte Consulting where she served as national human resources leader for the firm's technology service area since 2008. She has more than 25 years of experience in professional services working in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruiting, deployment, international mobility, succession planning and compensation. At BDO, Ms. Comerford is responsible for the technical areas of HR, focusing her efforts on programs, processes and the firm's five HR centers of excellence – Total Rewards, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Information Systems. She reports directly to Cathy Moy. Donna received her BS in business from Northern Illinois University and her MBA from DePaul University.
