About the Person

Donna Austin-Hawley is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Northfield Savings Bank.   Donna Austin-Hawley provides executive leadership for all human resources functions and works in concert with the executive team on overall organizational development.   Austin-Hawley came to the Bank after a significant career serving in senior H.R. roles with four notable Vermont enterprises.   She is highly regarded in the H.R. field throughout the state and has occupied numerous leadership posts serving her profession and community institutions.   Austin-Hawley holds a B.A. in English from the University of Vermont. She is a native of Chittenden County and resides in Williston with her husband, son and daughter.
