Normandale Community College is an urban two-year college serving primarily the communities of the southwestern metropolitan region of the Twin Cities. About the Person
Dionne Doering is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Normandale Community College. Prior to that, Dionne served as the Chief Human Resources Officer from July 2013 – January 2015, as Interim AVP Human Resources from November 2012 – July 2013 and as Senior Human Resource Generalist from May 2009 – November 2012 at Augsburg College. Previously, she had also served at DDC Consulting, Ada County, Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and Courtyard by Marriott. Dionne earned BA in Psychology from Baylor University in 1996 and MBA in Business Administration from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
